Terry L. Stover, M.S., LBP, CEAP, MAC, SAP is the manager of CommunityCare Behavioral Health & Employee Assistance Program and has 17 years of experience as a certified trainer of SASSI and other assessments. His previous experience in the field of employee assistance programming has ranged from general and supervisors training workshops to policy development and implementation related to state and federal mandates. He has experience with key mandates such as: The Drug Free Workplace Act, The Omnibus Transportation Act, Standards for Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Act, and others. Terry is certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse as an Alcohol Drug Substance Abuse Course instructor and is a recognized public speaker on alcohol and drug related issues throughout Tulsa and Northeastern Oklahoma. |

In addition to a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Licensed Behavioral Health Practitioner , Terry is a nationally Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), by the governing board of EAPA, with experience in clinical assessment of alcohol and drug related issues. Terry also holds a Masters of Addiction Counseling and is a certified Criminal Justice Specialist. He is certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse as a qualified practitioner (assessor) for chemical dependency. Terry's clinical experience in assessment and treatment qualified him as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), under federal government guidelines. He is also affiliated with the International Association of Trauma Counselors Association, and is certified as a Disaster Mental Health Specialist by the American Red Cross which he does volunteer for. |
